These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at astroloversketch.com and any subdomain, and the products sold through it (collectively the "services"), provided by Astro Lover Sketch LLC ("we", "us"). By using the services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the services. By using the services you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Entertainment-only disclaimer

Astrology readings sold through the services are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They are not intended to be, and should not be relied upon as, professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or relationship advice. Nothing in any reading constitutes a guarantee, prediction, or assurance of any specific outcome, person, event, or relationship. Individual results vary.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. The Astro Lover Soulmate Reading is a one-time charge of $37 USD. Payment is processed by ClickBank (Click Sales, Inc.), which is the retailer of record. ClickBank's Client Contract governs the payment transaction.

4. Refund policy

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email support@astroloversketch.com or initiate the request through ClickBank within 60 days of purchase. No reason is required. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. After 60 days, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Delivery

Reports are delivered as a PDF by email within 24 hours of payment. If you have not received your report after 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact support. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, or aggressive spam filters on your side.

6. License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the services and the report you purchase for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or publicly post the report or any part of it.
• Use the services to harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate any person.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to compromise the security of the services.
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the services without our prior written consent.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, layout, and the reports themselves, is the property of Astro Lover Sketch LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Some illustrations included with the report are produced with the assistance of AI tools and are clearly labeled as such; we hold the rights to use them in your report but they are not assigned to you.

8. Third-party services

The site uses third-party services (analytics, advertising attribution, payment processing). Their use is governed by the providers' own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for the full list.

9. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or that any results obtained will be accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Astro Lover Sketch LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with the services. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Astro Lover Sketch LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the services.

12. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the services after the change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
