This Privacy Policy explains how Astro Lover Sketch LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit astroloversketch.com and any subdomain (the "site") or purchase a product from us (collectively, the "services"). By using the services you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to operate the service:

• Information you provide: name, email address, date of birth, approximate time of birth, and city of birth, as needed to generate a personalized chart.
• Order information: ClickBank receipt ID and order total (we do not see or store your payment-card information).
• Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer, scroll depth, and click events. Collected through the third-party services listed below in section 3.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information, including health information, financial-account information, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, precise device geolocation, or biometric data. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 18; the services are intended only for adults.

2. How we use information

• To provide, deliver, and support the products you purchase from us.
• To prevent fraud, debug issues, and improve the site's reliability.
• To measure how the site is used so we can improve it (analytics).
• To deliver and measure relevant advertising on third-party platforms — only after you have given consent through our cookie banner.
• To comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.

3. Third parties that process information

The site uses the following third-party services. Each is listed with the type of data it receives and a link to the operator's own privacy policy. Tracking pixels and analytics scripts only run after you accept the consent banner.

Analytics, attribution & advertising

• Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — cookies, IP address, browser data, on-site events. policies.google.com/privacy.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — anonymized session recordings and heatmaps. privacy.microsoft.com.
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — cookies, on-site events, IP address. Used for ad measurement and audiences. facebook.com/policy.php.
• AppLovin / Axon (AppLovin Corporation) — pixel-based attribution for advertising delivered through AppLovin's platform. Receives cookies, on-site events (page_view, view_item, add_to_cart, begin_checkout, purchase, lead_submit), and IP address. applovin.com/privacy.
• CPVLab (self-hosted) — first-party server-side click and conversion tracking on cpvlab.astroloversketch.com.

Order processing & delivery

• ClickBank (Click Sales, Inc.) — payment processing and retailer of record. Receives your name, email, billing address, and payment information directly. clickbank.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Email service provider — used to deliver the report and order receipts. Receives your name and email address.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and pixels to remember your consent choice, to measure how the site is used, and to attribute advertising. You can manage your choice at any time using the "Revoke tracking consent" link in the footer of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Declining tracking will not affect your ability to purchase or receive your report.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We honor opt-out signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC).

To exercise these rights, email privacy@astroloversketch.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically 45 days). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

6. Data retention

We retain order information for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically seven years). Birth-chart inputs (date, time, place of birth) are retained for 30 days after delivery and then deleted unless you ask us to keep them so we can re-send the report. Analytics data follows the retention period of each provider listed in section 3.

7. International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms with our processors where required.

8. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we promptly investigate any suspected incident.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email where we have your address.
